HourTrack provides time tracking and scheduling software for businesses and their employees. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Your account may be suspended for non-payment.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HourTrack, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
